So i've always loved a bit of tie-dye and it seems to be coming back with full force so I thought I'd try my hand at a full run to be finally screen printed to go on sale for the summer. Here you can see my initial set up of dye mix, salt, water and prepared garments ranging in sizes from small to large. To pattern my garments I've used natural string and set up a rig so as to gage the the distance of stripes of each garment so there is a level of continuity in the run.
The final product. Mens and womens hand tie dyed vests with full chest YBW bear print and nape. Printed with water-based inks, which I was a bit apprehensive about as I was unsure wether the garments would discharge or not after be dyed, but happy with the results, they look rad.
